Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided by Maid Software Solutions ("MSS") to users ("User" or "You"). By accessing or using MSS services, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use MSS services.

1. Account Registration:

a. In order to access certain features of MSS services, You may be required to create an account. b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep Your account information updated.

2. Acceptable Use:

a. You agree to use MSS services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. b. You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of MSS services or the networks connected to MSS.

3. User Content:

a. You retain ownership of any content You upload, submit, or transmit through MSS services ("User Content"). b. By submitting User Content, You grant MSS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content.

4. Intellectual Property:

a. All content and materials provided by MSS, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are the exclusive property of MSS. b. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials provided by MSS without prior written consent.

5. Privacy:

a. MSS collects and uses certain information as described in its Privacy Policy. b. By using MSS services, You consent to the collection and use of Your information in accordance with MSS's Privacy Policy.

6. Termination:

a. MSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to MSS services at any time for violation of these Terms. b. Upon termination, You shall cease all use of MSS services and promptly delete any MSS software or materials in Your possession.

7. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall MSS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use of MSS services, even if MSS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and MSS regarding Your use of MSS services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
